If you use BSL you can now contact us through a qualified BSL interpreter from Convo. Convo is a Deaf-led interpreting service which makes communication easier and more accessible.
How It Works
You can contact us for help and support using the Convo Now app, available on iOS, Android, or via a web browser. Simply search for us in the Community Directory.
Once you connect, a professional interpreter will join the call and help facilitate your conversation, ensuring you’re connected to the right person and supported throughout.
Getting Started with Convo
If you’re using Convo Now for the first time, you’ll need to register an account. This is a quick, one-time process that helps keep your account secure and allows us to contact you again if needed.
Receiving a Callback
To receive a callback from us, please share your unique Convo number when you get in touch. You can find this code on the homepage of the Convo Now app.
Providing this number ensures we can return your call through the service.
For step-by-step guidance on receiving calls, visit the Convo help page:
