Your will is an important document that outlines what should happen to your money, possessions, and property after you die. If you do not have a will when you die, the law will make this decision on your behalf, which will not necessarily be in line with your wishes.
We suggest that you contact a solicitor who can help you write it and sign it. When writing a will, we would encourage you to think hard about it and to put your family and the ones you love first.
If you already have a will and you would like to include Care & Repair in it, then an amendment is easy. All you need is a Codicil (an official will amendment form), which you can get from your solicitor.

You can choose to leave a gift to either Care & Repair Cymru or to your local Care & Repair Agency or to both. The decision is yours.
