About the role

The role of the Income Maximisation Caseworker is to provide comprehensive information, advice and support on welfare benefits along with other welfare services provided by voluntary and statutory bodies to our clients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, have up-to-date knowledge of UK’s welfare benefits, particularly benefits available to older people, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
