About the role

In this key role you will provide relevant advice and support to older and disabled householders which will support them to make informed choices about adaptations, repairs and improvement to their homes ensuring service standards are met. You will work in partnership with our colleagues in Community Services and be responsible for recommending small and medium adaptations ensuring clients’ needs are met.

The successful candidate will need to have a Trusted Assessor level 4 accreditation or Occupational therapist qualification as a minimum or equivalent.

Due to the nature of the role you will hold a full driving licence and have access to a car, you will also have the ability to travel to work in other offices should it be required across Cwm Taf. The post will also require you to have a full DBS check or we will apply for one as part of the recruitment if offered the position.
