Situated on the outskirts of Cardiff city centre, with easy access to the M4, Care & Repair Cymru offers meeting rooms for hire.

We have single desks, private work pods and a boardroom, all available on a flexible basis: one-off hire, regular bookings or long-term work-space accommodation.

Our large boardroom can facilitate hybrid meetings using state-of-the-art video-conferencing technology. Perfect for a training day, meeting or seminar, all our spaces are available for hire 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

As a registered charity, all profits will go towards helping vulnerable older people in need.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you have to cancel a confirmed booking, the following charges will be applied:

  • One month or more before the event – no charge
  • Less than one month but more than two weeks before the event – 50%.
  • Less than two weeks but more than one week before the event – 75% of the total fee.
  • One week or less before the event – 100% of the total fee

Notification of cancellations should be made in writing to events@careandrepair.org.uk and will be effective on the date received.
