We believe that all older people should be able to live safely and independently at home for as long as they choose, and these means having equitable access to the support they need to do so.
As much of the world moves online, we are aware that just over half of people in Wales aged 75 and over do not use the internet at all. We make sure that all of our information is available in an accessible format, and are calling on public bodies to ensure that older people have a right to access services in a way that meets their needs, understanding that digital solution may not be the most appropriate method.
