Mae tystiolaeth amrywiol i awgrymu fod presgripsiynu cymdeithasol yn gostwng y nifer sy\u2019n ymweld \u00e2 meddygfeydd teulu gan 15% i 28%. Dywedodd un adolygiad fod gostyngiad o 28% ar gyfartaledd yn y galw am wasanaethau meddygon teulu yn dilyn atgyfeiriad, ac roedd y canlyniadau\u2019n amrywio o ostyngiad o 2% i 70% mewn ymweliadau diangen at feddygon teulu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beth mae hyn yn ei olygu i Gofal a Thrwsio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I Gofal a Thrwsio yn benodol, mae\u2019n rhaid i weledigaeth ar gyfer presgripsiynu cymdeithasol yng Nghymru sicrhau ei fod yn cynnwys yr unigolyn cyfan yn ei amgylchedd cyfan. Mae\u2019n rhaid iddo geisio trin a datrys achosion iechyd gwael a ysgogir gan amgylchedd cartref a byw..<\/p>\n<p>Dylai proffesiynau meddygol fedru presgripsiynu cynlluniau i wella amodau tai a\u2019r amgylchedd byw. Mae hyn yn golygu\u2019r cyfle am fesurau arbed ynni, atgyweiriadau i gartrefi a chymorth llesiant anfeddygol yn cael ei bresgripsiynu ac awgrymu i wella ansawdd bywyd pobl h\u0177n. Mae hefyd yn rhoi cyfle i Gofal a Thrwsio alw am ehangu\u2019r disgrifiad i gwmpasu ein gwasanaethau craidd er mwyn cynyddu ymwybyddiaeth a defnydd o\u2019n gwasanaethau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beth wnaeth Gofal a Thrwsio argymell?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ni ddylid gweld presgripsiynu cymdeithasol fel presgripsiynu \u2018cymdeithasu\u2019 yn unig: dylid ymchwilio y gyfle i bresgripsiynu pob cymorth anfeddygol, gyda\u2019r gwasanaethau a ddarperir gan Gofal a Thrwsio yn gymwys ar gyfer tanysgrifio ac argymhelliad gan y presgripsiynwr cymdeithasol.<\/li>\n<li>Annog ceisiadau am gyllid ar y cyd gan sefydliadau lluosog: dylid annog cefnogi cynigion a gyflwynir gan nifer o fudiadau er mwyn annog gwaith a chefnogaeth rhyng-ddisgyblaeth. Mae hyn yn wahanol i\u2019r dulliau presennol, lle mae mudiadau lluosog yn cynnig yn gystadleuol am yr un pot o gyllid.<\/li>\n<li>Creu fframwaith safonau cenedlaethol: mae Gofal a Thrwsio yn annog creu fframwaith safonau cenedlaethol er mwyn gwarchod defnyddwyr gwasanaeth a chadw diogelu da ar gyfer defnyddwyr a hefyd ddarparwyr ymyriadau presgripsiynu cymdeithasol. Bydd hyn hefyd yn sicrhau y rhoddir ystyriaeth i ba mor hir y cynigiwyd gwasanaethau.<\/li>\n<li>Hysbysebu a hyrwyddo: sicrhau fod hysbysebu a phresgripsiynu ymyriadau cymdeithasol ar gael mewn amrywiaeth o fformatau cyfryngau er mwyn sicrhau fod pobl h\u0177n yn gweld ac y medrant fanteisio o\u2019r gwasanaeth. Roedd llawer o drafodaeth am ddefnydd technoleg, ac er y cytunwn fod hyn yn ddefnyddiol, ni ddylai hyn fod yr unig ffordd i\u2019r gwasanaethau hyn gael eu hysbysebu a\u2019u cyrchu.<\/li>\n<li>Ailddiffinio \u2018atgyfeiriadau amhriodol: rhaid esbonio ystyr \u2018atgyfeiriadau amhriodol\u2019 a rhoi diffiniad, er mwyn eu holrhain yn fwy cadarn a medru dynodi atgyfeiriadau amhriodol yn fwy trwyadl.
