Fodd bynnag, credwn fod camau y gall llywodraeth nesaf y DU eu cymryd i fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 hyn a newid bywydau drwy wella cartrefi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blaenoriaethau ar gyfer llywodraeth nesaf y DU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae ein poblogaeth heneiddiol yn golygu fod yn rhaid i lywodraeth ar draws y DU weithredu nawr i sicrhau y gallwn gefnogi pobl h\u0177n i barhau i fyw\u2019n ddiogel ac yn annibynnol yn eu cartrefi eu hunain. Rhaid i gartrefi fod yn gynnes, diogel a chyfleus ac y gellir eu haddasu ar hyd cwrs bywyd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Gofal a Thrwsio ar draws y DU yn credu y dylai llywodraeth nesaf y DU:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gynnwys hawl i dai digonol yng nghyfraith y DU<\/li>\n<li>Dileu\u2019r loteri cod post ar gyfer addasiadau tai<\/li>\n<li>Gweithredu grant rhwyd ddiogelwch ar gyfer gwaith galluogi<\/li>\n<li>Diogelu gwasanaethau ymweld \u00e2 chartrefi a gwybodaeth hygyrch<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Yr hyn a gredwn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae canghennau Gofal a Thrwsio mewn cymunedau ar draws pob cenedl yn y DU. Mae ein gwasanaeth ymweld \u00e2 chartrefi yn golygu ein bod yn deall anghenion tai pobl h\u0177n. Mae ein Hasiantaethau wedi addasu dros gyfnod i ddarparu amrywiaeth o wasanaethau tasgmyn, addasiadau tai bach i fawr, mesurau gwella cartrefi yn cynnwys gwres fforddiadwy a chyflymu rhyddhau o ysbyty, a gwybodaeth a chyngor.<\/p>\n<p>Gofal a Thrwsio yw hyrwyddwr tai pobl h\u0177n.
