Dywedodd: <em>\u201cMae\u2019n anrhydedd mor wych cael ein cydnabod am y gwaith ataliol a newid bywydau a wnawn gyda phobl h\u0177n fregus ar draws Cymru. Hoffem ddiolch i gydweithwyr yn GSK a The King\u2019s Fund am gynnal proses asesu mor drwyadl a phroffesiynol.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHoffem ddiolch i holl dimau rheng-flaen rhyfeddol Gofal a Thrwsio sy\u2019n gweithio ar draws Cymru. Ac yn olaf, cariad a diolch i staff ac ymddiriedolwyr penigamp Care &amp; Repair Cymru am eu hymroddiad i achos mor wych.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yn dilyn proses ddethol ac asesu drwyadl, dewiswyd Care &amp; Repair Cymru o blith mwy na 500 elusen ar draws y DU fel un o 10 enillydd Gwobrau GSK IMPACT 2024, a gyflwynir mewn partneriaeth gyda The King\u2019s Fund. Fel enillydd gwobr, bydd Care &amp; Repair Cymru yn awr yn derbyn \u00a340,000 mewn cyllid heb gyfyngiad yn ogystal \u00e2 ffilm a gynhyrchwyd am yr elusen.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Qv3qbTqpzKo?si=lI_JCRg0QoqbRwMk\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Gwnaeth gwaith yr elusen i helpu pobl h\u0177n i ddychwelyd gartref o\u2019r ysbyty heb oedi ac osgoi gorfod cael eu haildderbyn i ysbyty oherwydd tai mewn ansawdd gwael, gan felly ostwng pwysau ar wasanaethau lleol y GIG, argraff arbennig ar feirniaid y wobr.<\/p>\n<p>Nododd y beirniaid hefyd waith yr elusen yn cynrychioli anghenion perchnogion tai Cymru ac amlygu effaith tai gwael ar iechyd pobl h\u0177n. Drwy gasglu a chyflwyno data, mae CRC yn cefnogi Llywodraeth Cymru i wneud gwelliannau polisi seiliedig ar dystiolaeth ac mae wrthi\u2019n cefnogi symud tuag at hawl newydd i dai fforddiadwy a digonol.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Katie Pinnock, Cyfarwyddwr, Partneriaethau Elusennol y DU yn GSK: <em>\u201cYn aml tai yw darn coll y pos ar gyfer gwella iechyd pobl a\u2019u cadw allan o\u2019r ysbyty. Mae Care &amp; Repair Cymru yn hyrwyddo anghenion tai pobl h\u0177n, yn galw am gynyddu buddsoddiad i wella tai pobl h\u0177n a darparu annibyniaeth ar gyfer y rhai sydd eisiau aros yn eu cartrefi eu hunain.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mae\u2019r elusen yn dangos gweithio partneriaeth rhagorol ac mae\u2019n llais cryf a dylanwadol mewn polisi tai.
