Byddant yn cynnig Asesiadau Cartref Iach gan eich helpu i ymdopi\u2019n well a chadw\u2019n ddiogel, cynnes a chlyd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gweld: John yn dweud sut mae\u2019r prosiect wedi ei helpu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bu John, o Aber-riw, yn ffermwr a gweithiwr ffatri ar hyd ei oes. Mae\u2019r ddau sefydliad yn cynnig gwasanaethau ychydig yn wahanol fel rhan o\u2019r prosiect.<\/p>\n<p>Gall <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Age Cymru Powys <\/strong><\/span>eich helpu gyda gwiriad cyfrinachol rhad ac am ddim ar fudd-daliadau a rhoi cymorth i lenwi ffurflenni budd-daliadau. Gallant hefyd gynnig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gwasanaethau cyfeillio.<\/li>\n<li>Cymorth iechyd meddwl i ostwng straen.<\/li>\n<li>Cymorth lleol ar gyfer help ymarferol o amgylch y
