Yma mae\u2019n rhannu ei stori am sut mae Gofal a Thrwsio wedi ei helpu.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hyd at 2021, roeddwn yn fenyw 71 oed cymharol ffit a iach. Roeddwn yn mwynhau bywyd, ac wedi bod ar wyliau i China, Fietnam, Periw, America a Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Fodd bynnag, ar \u00f4l syrthio lawr y grisiau ym mis Ionawr, roeddwn yn ei chael yn anodd gwneud y pethau sylfaenol o amgylch fy nghartref. Ar \u00f4l dau ymweliad i\u2019r Adran Frys, canfuwyd fy mod wedi torri dau asgwrn ac roedd yn rhaid i mi wisgo br\u00eas ar fy nghefn yn ystod y dydd am y pedwar mis nesaf. Roeddwn yn ei chael yn anodd dringo\u2019r grisiau, cael cawod, sefyll i goginio fy mhrydau bwyd a golchi llestri yn ogystal \u00e2 cheisio mynd tu fas. Roeddwn yn gorfod dibynnu ar gymydog a chyfaill da i wneud fy ailgylchu yn ogystal \u00e2 phethau sylfaenol eraill.<\/p>\n<p>Roedd fy nghymydog wedi s\u00f4n wrthyf am Gofal a Thrwsio, ond ar y pryd doeddwn i ddim yn meddwl ei fod yn berthnasol i mi. Rhoddodd y rhif cyswllt i fi ac fe wnes gysylltu \u00e2 nhw yn y diwedd. Yn dilyn hyn, ymwelodd Jayne Jones, Gweithiwr Achos Gofal a Thrwsio, \u00e2 fy nghartref a chysylltu gyda\u2019r Therapydd Galwedigaethol. Fe archebodd ganllawiau wedi galfaneiddio tu fas fy nghartref a chanllawiau cydio ar gyfer y drysau. Daeth y Therapydd Galwedigaethol draw ac argymell beth oedd ei angen ar gyfer y grisiau a\u2019r bath.<\/p>\n<p>Yn dilyn hynny, cafodd canllawiau eu gosod lan y grisiau, yn y gawod,\u00a0 uwchben y bath ac wrth ochr y toiled. Cefais hefyd gadair uchel ar gyfer y gegin \u2013 rhywbeth sydd wedi bod yn werthfawr tu hwnt, gan ei fod yn golygu nad yw fy nghefn yn boenus iawn pan fyddaf yn coginio ac yn golchi llestri. Mae hefyd yn mynd \u00e2\u2019r straen oddi ar fy mhen-gliniau, gan na allaf sefyll yn hir. Mae hefyd wedi rhoi llawer mwy o hyder i fi, gan fod cwympo wedi gwneud i mi deimlo\u2019n ansicr.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ystod ymweliadau wedyn gan Gofal a Thrwsio cefais ganllawiau bach wrth y drws cefn, fy nrws patio a lawr y stepiau at y patio is. Mae hyn yn ei gwneud yn bosibl i fi roi fy ailgylchu mas heb orfod dibynnu ar fy nghymdogion \u2013 gan felly fy helpu i gadw fy annibyniaeth.<\/p>\n<p>Yr un peth y gwnes ei golli oedd medru mynd i\u2019r bath. Roeddwn yn amharod iawn i gymryd bath, ar \u00f4l methu dod mas unwaith. Fe wnaeth hynny i mi deimlo\u2019n ansicr iawn ac yn ofnus o gymryd bath wedyn. Soniais am hyn wrth Jayne, a gysylltodd gyda\u2019r Therapydd Galwedigaethol eto. Ymwelodd unwaith eto ac mae gen i bellach lifft bath ac rwy\u2019n medru cael bath gan wybod na fyddaf yn methu dod oddi yno eto. Nefoedd!!<\/p>\n<p>Roeddwn yn synnu clywed nad oedd yn rhaid i mi dalu am ddim o hyn \u2013 rhywbeth a gynigiais ei wneud, ond dywedwyd wrthyf yn bendant fod gennyf yr hawl i\u2019r buddion. Wrth i amser fynd heibio rwy\u2019n dal i fedru gyrru \u2013 diolch byth \u2013 ond rwyf wedi ei chael yn fwy a fwy anodd i gerdded felly rwy\u2019n gorfod defnyddio ffon. Fe welsant drwy brofion a phelydr-x fod gen i osteporosis ac arthritis, felly rwyf yn awr ar y rhestr aros am ben-glin newydd.<\/p>\n<p>Gwnaeth Jayne gais am Lwfans Gweini a Bathodyn Glas i fi. Rwy\u2019n falch dweud y cefais fathodyn glas i barcio \u2013 rhywbeth sy\u2019n werthfawr tu hwnt. Rwyf hefyd yn cael y lwfans gweini \u2013 ac yn ei ddefnyddio i dalu i berson glanhau sy\u2019n dod bob wythnos a rhywun i olchi fy nillad gwely.<\/p>\n<p>Ni fedraf orbwysleisio faint mae Gofal a Thrwsio wedi fy helpu, i fy ngadw\u2019n ddiogel a chymharol annibynnol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019n gynllun SEREN AUR ac yn haeddu ei ganmol mewn unrhyw ffordd bosibl.
