Yma, mae Theresa yn trafod ei thaith wrth helpu i addasu cartref Pauline.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae gan Pauline Ddirywiad Myopig Difrifol, Cataractau ac Osteoarthritis y cyfan yn ei gwneud hi\u2019n anodd byw gartref os nad yw wedi ei addasu\u2019n briodol. Fe wnaethom drafod pa anawsterau oedd hi\u2019n eu cael a beth oedd hi\u2019n ei feddwl fyddai o gymorth iddi hi. Mae Pauline yn berson allblyg, cyfeillgar ac abl iawn ac rwy\u2019n meddwl ei bod ychydig yn gyndyn ar y dechrau o dderbyn help gan ei bod yn teimlo ei bod yn gallu datrys pethau ei hun. Fe wnes i gwblhau Gwiriad Cartrefi Iach gyda Pauline ac fe wnaethom gytuno y byddem yn gosod canllawiau ar y grisiau, canllawiau ar y grisiau allan lle\u2019r oedd hi wedi syrthio, ynghyd \u00e2 chanllaw cydio a gris wrth y drws cefn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Goleuadau<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAr \u00f4l i\u2019r gwaith yma gael ei wneud, fe wnes i alw heibio Pauline eto ac fe wnaethom drafod sut y gallai goleuadau ychwanegol yn y gegin a\u2019r ystafell ymolchi ei helpu. Roedd hi wrth ei bodd yn coginio i\u2019w theulu ond yn ei gweld yn anodd oherwydd y golau gwael yn ei chegin. Fe wnaeth hi hefyd ddweud ei bod yn cael problemau gyda\u2019r golau yn yr ystafell ymolchi. Mae Pauline yn sensitif i olau llachar, felly roedd yn rhaid i ni ystyried hyn hefyd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGosodwyd goleuadau dan y cypyrddau yn y gegin sy\u2019n ei gwneud yn haws a mwy diogel i baratoi prydau. Hefyd, gosodwyd goleuadau mwy addas oedd yn llai llachar yn yr ystafell ymolchi fel ei bod yn gallu ymdopi yn llawer gwell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alexa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cRoedd Pauline wedi rhyfeddu pan ddywedais wrthi beth allai Alexa ei wneud ac roedd wedi cyffroi pan wnes i ymweld i\u2019w osod!\u00a0 Fe wnaethom ei osod gyda\u2019n gilydd i chwarae ei hoff orsaf radio a hefyd y cysylltiadau ff\u00f4n fel y gallai ffonio ei theulu a\u2019i ffrindiau trwy ddefnyddio ei llais yn unig! Roedd hi\u2019n arfer cael cymaint o broblemau wrth ddefnyddio ei ff\u00f4n symudol i ddod o hyd i rifau ac weithiau byddai\u2019n ffonio\u2019r person anghywir, felly mae hyn wedi bod yn ddefnyddiol iawn iddi hi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRwy\u2019n meddwl ei fod wedi fy nharo o ddifri pan wnes i gyfarfod Pauline y gall colli golwg effeithio ar unrhyw un ar unrhyw amser. Mae Pauline a minnau yn debyg o ran oedran, mae gennym bartneriaid, plant ac wyrion yr ydym yn eu caru, ac rydym yn mwynhau cerddoriaeth, coginio, cymdeithasu a\u2019n cartrefi.\u00a0 Dyna pam ein bod yn cyd-dynnu mor dda.
